Already have USB drives that need updated files?

You do not have to buy new drives just because the content changed. Existing customer-supplied media can be reloaded when the same updated file set needs to go across the batch.

A common batch problem

A company may already have a box of USB drives from a previous event, training program, product shipment or sales package. If the files are outdated, somebody still has to open every drive and replace the content.

Data Job Shop can handle that repetitive batch work when the same replacement file set is going onto the drives.

What happens to the existing files?

That depends on the requested job. Existing files may need to be removed, replaced or left alone while new files are added. State the intended result clearly in the order notes. If you cannot afford to lose the existing contents, make a backup before sending the media.

Used media can fail

Older flash drives can have recognition, capacity or read/write problems. Damaged or unreadable devices may be rejected. Media testing can be requested when you want a more thorough check of the batch.

Same files across the batch

This service is designed around a repeated job: one updated file set across multiple drives. Unique per-drive customization is not the standard service.
